Larry's Running Blog

A rambling commentary on my running and a log of what I've been up to with my training. It, hopefully, will show my progress and improvements towards my running goals and enjoyment of keeping myself fit and healthy.

A much better day for running. Breezy, chilly and wet but not that biting Arctic-feeling wind that we've had lately so it was good to be able to feel more relaxed about the run.
A nice, easy run marred slightly by an ache in the left calf (achilles or muscular??) which kept coming and going.
I will give it a massage later and hope that the problem goes away, I don't even want to think of injuries at this stage of the training!!
Its probably nothing to worry about and its just nerves blowing it out of proportion.

I expect it's maybe just a niggle from the long run. Don't push too hard for a couple of days & see how it goes (nevermind what shades says you should be doing).

    Be good!
