A cross training day so I headed for the pool. I didn't take too much notice of the clock as I stopped for cramp a couple of times but had a mostly enjoyeable swim. The only unenjoyable parts were where I was trying to alternate sides for breathing doing front crawl. The resulted in a lot of coughing and sinking but I will get the hang of it eventually.
The legs are feeling ok and I have a rest day tomorrow, then its back to running for a few miles to finish off the week.
