Fully rested after my day off yesterday, I started the new week of my Schedule today.
It tells me to do 5 miles easy and that was what I intended to to but it was such a beautifull day and we have had so few of them lately that I just got caught up in it and ended up doing a further mile and a bit.
I tried hard to keep within the pace range that Shades has set for me and I was almost there, just a touch quick but I was pleased as the pace was easy and my HR was low.
The heel didn't make itself noticed today but I don't think I'm going to risk the race on Sunday all the same. I just don't want to risk anything going wrong.
