A gentle walk/run today. Its blowing easterly gales and I was glad to be home again, so not really sorry i wasn't doing a longer run.
The calf is still sore to massage, its the effects of the higher mileage, but wasn't so bad when running. The heel was ok.

In the afternoon I wwent swimming. The pool was nicely empty other than a few older peeps (my age and above) who were lane swimming, just as I like it. I felt really good, practiced my technique - choked, spluttered, got cramp. But at the end of the session I was really pleased with my efforts and could definately gone further.
Calf not sore when swimming but its definately "there" again now. Bah!
