Another run today followed by a walk. I stretched and excercised for the knee muscles after both and it didn't feel as bad today.
I did increase the length of the run but only a teensy bit.
Calf and ankle felt ok.

3.75 miles run
11.28 m/m

3 miles walk

    Good to see you out there again but like I said on the thread, betcha can't keep your plods under 5 miles until December.
